Rachel is the Corporate Communications Specialist for PrimePay. Before starting her career in the marketing world, she worked for a local TV news station writing for the website and handling the station’s social media platforms.
A creative writer at heart, Rachel loves to insert her style into any of the copy she creates. Outside of work, you can find Rachel playing soccer, or cheering on her Steelers with a Starbucks in hand.
Jessica is the Marketing Director at PrimePay. After beginning her career in sales, she made the move into marketing. Ever since, she's been a social media advocate.
Jessica's specialty resides in the social media and digital marketing space. Additionally, her degree in journalism and work within the agency world come in handy as she crafts the latest blog post or website copy.
Aside from work, you can find Jessica (hopefully) scuba diving or hanging out with her French bulldog, Karl.
Brooke Lanier is the Director of Benefit Services at PrimePay. Brooke has helped shape PrimePay’s benefits department over the last three years, starting out as the director of COBRA services. A business-minded employee benefits expert, Brooke enjoys tackling business and workplace challenges with proven methods and experience.
Her expertise includes employee health and welfare compliance and plan administration, HRIS, client relationship management, employee engagement, process development and improvement, and service level metrics.
As PrimePay’s Chief Financial Officer, Edward Hughes is responsible for managing the company’s accounting and finance functions. He oversees all critical financial operations, including cash management, internal controls, auditing, and financial reporting, and is the company’s primary contact with banks and financial sources, as well as outside accounting firms.
Since joining PrimePay in 1996, Ed has been instrumental in the development of the company’s growth strategy and serves as financial lead in M&A and other strategic deals. A CPA, Ed holds a Series 28 Securities License (Financial Operations Supervisor) as well as a property and casualty insurance license. Ed is a 1987 graduate of Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
Larry Dickinson joined the PrimePay family in 2004 with 10 years prior experience in the Employee Management Services industry. He has served as an Area Sales Manager, Regional Manager, and in 2011 Larry was selected to implement PrimePay’s newest offering in the Time and Labor Management market.
Larry is motivated by analyzing the needs of a prospective client, and then, designing a customized time and attendance system to help that business reduce costs, increase profits, and improve compliance with federal and state regulations.
Mitch Geiger is the VP of Regulatory Compliance and an ERISA attorney. In this role, Mitch advises on complex issues surrounding ACA compliance and administration of employee benefit plans.
Before coming to PrimePay, Mitch began his diverse career in government as an investigator for the Department of Labor. He served several years on the legal compliance team for Northern Trust Retirement Services and later worked as in-house counsel for one of the largest insurance brokerage firms in the country.
When Mitch isn’t busy consulting clients, you can catch him crafting his next work of art. His pieces have been displayed in shows at Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, the Alexandria Art League and the Torpedo Factory in Arlington, VA.
Daria is one of PrimePay's Talent Acquisition Managers. She has just over nine years of recruiting experience, in both an agency and corporate setting. Most recently, Daria has been working with her team to develop a robust college recruiting program at PrimePay, as well as training programs to assist upcoming graduates and hiring managers with effective interviewing tips and techniques.
Outside of work, Daria enjoys hiking, going to concerts, and spending time with her family.
Erin is a Talent Acquisition Manager for PrimePay. She is responsible for performing full life-cycle recruitment efforts including setting search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. She also works with her team on a college recruiting program, training programs for hiring managers, and retention with employees.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, and enjoying the outdoors in anyway possible.
Ashley is the Regulatory Compliance Manager for PrimePay. In this role, she supports PrimePay's administrative services in the area of benefits administration, COBRA administration, nondiscrimination testing, ACA reporting and ERISA.
Ashley is a Penn State graduate who double majored in political science and Italian and minored in economics. This past May, she received her Juris Doctorate degree from Chapman University in Orange County, California. Outside of work you can find her watching sports (especially the Pittsburgh Penguins and Steelers) or skiing on the slopes and water.
Cassie is the Marketing Coordinator at PrimePay. Graduating with a degree in Advertising and Psych, she likes to understand what makes people act in the ways that they do. She took a two year hiatus after college to work in the retail industry and happily made her way back to the marketing world.
With her background in qualitative research, Cassie enjoys taking data and turning it into stories that anyone can understand. Outside of work, you can find Cassie paddleboarding or sailing with her Golden Retriever, Hobie.

Monty Heath joined the U.S. Navy in 1993 to become a SEAL. He proudly served his country for 11 years. During this time he was deployed to multiple war zones and was twice awarded the Bronze Star with Combat Valor Designation. After honorably discharging in 2004, he led the U.S. Navy’s SEAL Mentorship Program and the BUD/S Preparatory Program - the first two steps in the SEAL candidates' training pipeline.
Monty then provided and managed executive protection details for Forbes 400 families, as well as managed a 614,000-acre eco-resort. Monty is passionate about supporting and giving back to the veteran community. Currently Monty also serves as the Director of Military Programs for Higher Ground, which offers veterans a means to increase their quality of life through inclusive therapeutic recreation. Plus, he is actively involved with VetToCEO where he helps veterans succeed with business ownership.
As Senior Vice President of Broker Concierge, Steven Jackson has led a team that created a number of PrimePay’s nationally recognized products and programs. As head of PrimePay’s HR and benefits services practice, Steve effectively implemented quality pre-tax benefit account plans that lower health insurance costs for thousands of PrimePay clients, employees, and their families.
A thought leader in health care initiatives, Steve is an active speaker at industry events, as well as at PrimePay’s monthly broker and employer-specific educational webinars. Steve is a 1992 graduate of Taylor University.
Kyle McEuen is the SVP, Franchise Services, of ProfitKeeper by PrimePay. Here, he leads the efforts to provide a world-class user experience for franchisees, oversees day-to-day operations, and develops relationships with franchisors and strategic partners to provide custom solutions.
His extensive experience working with small businesses on both personal and administrative levels helps to drive growth efforts for the company, all while managing a cross-functional team of employees.
Kyle holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Arizona. In his spare time, he enjoys rooting on the Cardinals, hiking, and spending time with his wife and children.
Eric Hernandez joined PrimePay in 1997 as a tax associate in our southeast market. In 2014, Eric accepted the position of Vice President, Client Success overseeing all payroll related services and processing centers nationally. As Senior Vice President, Client Success, he oversees all service related areas of payroll processing, online support, HR3 benefit services and ACA compliance.
Eric is a 1991 graduate of Hunter College. He is also certified in LEAN Systems Production from University of Kentucky, College of Engineering.
